Booking Policy
This policy outlines how we handle bookings, consultations, and project scheduling at SEO Specialist Kenya. We aim to make the process smooth and respectful of everyone’s time. Payment terms for projects are set out in our Terms of Service.
Discovery calls
We offer complimentary 30-minute discovery calls to understand your SEO needs and determine if we are a good fit. To book a discovery call:
- Submit your details through our consultation form, website contact page, or WhatsApp
- We respond within 24 hours on business days with available times
- Calls are conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or phone
Please come prepared with your website URL and a brief overview of your SEO goals.
Paid consultations
For in-depth SEO consultations or strategy sessions:
- Duration: 1 to 2 hours depending on scope
- Payment: Full payment required before the session
- Preparation: We may request analytics access beforehand
- Deliverable: Recording and summary notes provided within 48 hours
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Our rescheduling policy:

Cancellation policy
Discovery calls (free)
Please notify us if you need to cancel. No-shows without notice may affect future booking priority.
Paid consultations

Project kickoff
For SEO retainer or project work:
- Projects begin after proposal acceptance and initial payment
- Kickoff call is scheduled within 5 business days of payment
- Required access (analytics, website, and similar) should be provided before kickoff
- Delays in providing access may affect project timeline
Package and project fees are paid in full before work starts. See our Terms of Service for full payment rules.
Ongoing meetings
For retainer clients, we schedule regular check-ins:
- Monthly review calls: Typically 30 to 45 minutes
- Scheduling: Recurring time slots for consistency
- Attendance: If you miss 2 or more consecutive calls without notice, we may pause work pending communication
Time zones
We operate in East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3). All meeting times are communicated in EAT unless otherwise specified. For international clients, we accommodate reasonable time differences.
